From the Managing Director...

I am delighted to be welcoming you to the inaugural edition of Optic Security Group's customer newsletter. I intend for this to be a vehicle for us to share ideas and information updates with you, and to elicit your ideas and feedback. The name we've run with for the newsletter, Convergence, seems a natural choice!

At a breakfast event in Sydney during the annual security industry exposition in late August, I shared my vision for how we will deliver the new levels of security resilience that our customers will need to achieve into the future. It's a vision based on our Three Pillars:

  1. Traditional physical security technology: Access control, intruder detection, CCTV, and integrated security systems design, installation, service, and maintenance.

  2. Bespoke emerging security technologies: We are continuing to invest in our OpticIQ division and partnerships at the bleeding edge of advanced analytics and smart tech to deliver better returns on your security investment.

  3. Cybersecurity: The 'Optic Security Group converged with Cyber Resilience Group' partnership enables us to provide our customers with 360-degree protection through cyber-physical ‘converged security’.

These three pillars build on our past and our present to deliver a more secure and resilient future for our customers. I look forward to sharing more news and views with you in coming months.
